In den Kommentaren (neben 99% ignorantem Schrott), wurde folgende Hypothese aufgestellt: Das AR10 hat wegen Überdruck (überladene Munition) so früh entriegelt, dass die Hülse schon herausgezogen wurde während der Druck noch so hoch, dass die Hülse sich im hinteren Teil des Patronenlagers aufgeblasen hat.
Dieser Ami hatte dasselbe, Ergebnis. Tippt aber auf "out of battery" Zündung. Das AR15 hats zerlegt:
